Returns & Exchanges

At FYidoctors, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange your frames within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
